The first mile after you leave pavement is not all that bad.  You could take any sort of regular passenger car to the end of that mile.  After that point, however, you still have about a mile and a half to go, and you'll need to be prepared to deal with steep, eroded hills like the one shown in the photo above. and long spells of poorly-defined trail such as you see below.
