We’re not selling something we bought at a tax sale or land that doesn't have access; no land that has title problems or land that's been clear-cut. All of our properties were purchased by us for the express purpose of resale as great places to live, work and generally enjoy life the way it was intended to be. We buy the best land we can find and afford, sell it quickly with no dickering and no gimmicks. Everyone pays the same price.

All of the properties featured in our inventory are available to you via our very liberal financing plan. In fact, we’ll finance your whole land purchase with less paperwork and frustration than you'd experience buying a used car, and with no hidden expenses and one low interest rate that’s remained unchanged for 28 years.
We give you a Contract for Deed to the property in return for one monthly payment. After six monthly payments, we give you a Warranty Deed to the property, and we hold a Deed of Trust and Quit-Claim Deed as security.
There are no penalties for pre-payment.
Terms are 9% simple interest for 15 years.
While we do require your credit information, we will extend credit to everyone regardless of credit score or credit history.
