CAMDEN WEALD is
rolling woods-land, primarily covered with white-oaks and other hardwoods. We would sell
woods of this quality for about this price
were it anyplace in the state. But behold!
Camden Weald is located a scant 2 paved miles
south of the famed Lake of the Ozarks in
Camden County. As you will note, we have a
nice range of parcels, several of which are
crossed by small, crystalline streams. The
funny little burg of Climax Springs is 9
miles to the southwest and the County seat,
Camdenton, is about 14 miles southeast. If
you take the right back roads, it's only a
couple of hours to Kansas City. These parcels have not
been individually surveyed and this should be done before
you build. Camden Weald has been sold out for several
years, but we occasionally get a parcel there to sell.

GETTING THERE:
From Camdenton, take Highway 5 north out of
town and across the lake about 9 miles to
where Highway 7 turns left or west. Take
Highway 7 approx. 6 miles to Lake Road 7-9
which is adjacent to a small country store.
From there, you go about 8/10 mile, turn left on Warbonnet
Road, and you're now
on the map shown, at the intersection at
right.
