Before we go any further, let me say that Chalk Ridge is not for everyone. Chalk Ridge is for the hunter, the back-woods-person, or the serious recluse. If you drive a car, you're going to have plenty of problems getting there lots of the time.  Because of a small creek that washes across the road when it rains hard and because of the genuinely remote nature of this land, we'd strongly recommend you have a four-wheel-drive vehicle.  Please do not place an order for this parcel until after you have visited the property.
