If you've got some experience driving in the backwoods, this may not seem all that terrible.  I took my 4WD pick-up up to the parcel this week, no big deal.

These roads wouldn't be that hard to maintain if they got regular traffic, and a little occasional work with a farm tractor, but as it stands, no-one is using them very often and erosion is a bigger factor on their condition than traffic is.
