The road frontage. The roads on either side have been accepted by the county for maintanence although someone needs to remind the county of this in regard to the road on the east side which takes you down to the lake. It's been neglected for years, so there's virtually no traffic.

This parcel is a bargain because it's so close to the lake and it has a modern drilled well - NOT because this old trailer is worth anything at all.

It would make an acceptable woodshed, but you wouldn't want to live in it.

This veiw of the lake can be expanded considerably by removing half a dozen cedar trees.

Bull Shoals Lake very near the property.

There's a lot of open space amid the timber here, giving plenty of sunlight for your garden projects.

As we say, this is a cruddy old trailer, but it would make a sturdy tool or storage shed.

This concrete slab could serve a lot of perposes.

The soil here is a little rocky, but we always recommend gardening in raised beds anyway, even in the best soil.
