9.23  surveyed acres on a ridge-top above Bull Shoals Lake.  Clear out a little underbrush and it has a broad view of the lake. Our offer includes a drilled well and a really crummy old trailer, frontage on a county-maintained road, electricity, and maybe telephone (maybe not).  It's near Jones Point Wildlife Preserve so there's abundant wild-life every season.  This property is located near the very widest point of Bull Shoals Lake on the north shore in the least-developed area along Bull Shoals.  The closest town is Theodosia, Missouri, which is about 13 miles away.

The photo below was taken from the adjoining parcel looking across the road to Parcel K.  Time was that the lake was visible from the parcel, year-round but nowadays you'll need to clear out some of the brush for that.
