Near the 1,200-acre Jones Point Wildlife Management Area.

This is a sturdy little building which has had electric service in the past and just needs the electric co. to reinstall their transformer. Additionally, there's the well-made concrete slab behind it with a really nice view of the Arkansas woods stretching into Missouri.

The most level and highest third of the property has been cleared.

This is the road frontage looking east...

And here it is looking west. The grass is a lot taller now. Notice that electricity is already installed.

A closer view of the foundation.

Note the view. Most of what you can see from here is Missouri, because the state line is only a half-mile away.

Imagine gazing out over this view every morning.

Downhill near the woods.

This was taken looking back toward the building and foundation.

The open ground, looking south.

The lower half (or more) of the property is heavily wooded.

The foundation will save you thousands if you choose to build on it. Meawhile, the building doesn't have any plumbing, but it is air-conditioned.

Most recent photos of the property.
