I've overlain the Clearwater Mountain Plat on this U.S.G.S. topo to show you a point.  The two maps don't exactly agree, but you get the idea.

The way topo maps work is, the contour lines squiggling all over the map are spaced at each 20 feet of elevation.

So that tells you that Parcel A is fairly level along it's road frontage and that it slopes down in the back.
