There
are 24 Parcels at Clearwater Mountain. Every parcel has frontage
on County Road 28. As you can see from this map, virtually all of
the land between the Parcels and Clearwater Lake, is owned by the U.S.
Government. This land is public, but if you owned one of the
parcels that adjoins it, it's certain that you'd to be spending a LOT
more time on this land than 99.9% of the rest of America will, so you
just might think of it as free acreage.
If
you'll notice Parcels B through H: Notice that we designed these to each
contain a bit of ridge-top leading out to government land, making for an
easy stroll without crossing someone else's property. Note that
we've put the boundary lines between these parcels in the hollow between
the ridges. We think you'll like this effect as much as we do.
We
can't yet say about what winter views the back-sides of those parcels
offer, but we can tell you that you can get a good view of the lake
through the trees from Parcels L, M and N, (you can see the dam from
these, also S, T, U and V
