If you'll look over the relationship Clearwater Mountain has with the roads and the lake, you'll see that, just by benefit of location, this is one of the most valuable areas around the lake.  

To protect the value of this land, as well as it's natural charm and beauty, we've placed a few sensible and aesthetic restrictions on this property.  Most notably, this property is being limited to whole-log and/or native stone construction.  Homes must be at least 1,000 square feet.  For complete list of these Covenants, click here.
