Clearwater Mountain Parcel W:  2.7 ac. - $22.900 or $232.27 per month

I've overlain the Clearwater Mountain Plat on this U.S.G.S. topo to show you a point.  The two maps don't exactly agree, but you get the idea.

The way topo maps work is, the contour lines squiggling all over the map are spaced at each 20 feet of elevation.

Among other things, this map shows you how close Parcel W is to the park and marina. 

 This map suggests how close to the property the lake can flood to.  You should keep in mind that the water almost never gets as high as what is indicated.
