After you cross both bridges you'll turn the corner and there on the left will be a level area of bottomland that is perhaps an acre in size. This is probably the best place to build because it's the highest elevation and, from what I could see, probably the best soil.  This area already has electric lines.  There are a few old fruit trees that have never been pruned.  This area has a dark, rich soil that should easily sustain most anything you want to grow.

Why don't you build a house with a large deck overlooking the branch?

Notice that area I've marked as "jungle".  I'm not kidding, this is about as wild as land in this country gets.  I'll have more information about this in a moment.
