Jones Point Estates is about 12 miles south of Theodosia.  It's located in one of the least developed areas left on Bull Shoals Lake.  It's also in the area where the lake is at it's widest.  Jones Point Wildlife Management area is about two miles to the south.   As of Summer 2009, no-one was occupying any of the other parcels, so if you were to move there right now, you'd probably have the place to yourself, perhaps for years.
