Jones Point Estates lies at the top of a mountain overlooking the lake at about 900 feet above sea level.  As things stand at the moment, there is no view of the lake from any parcel, although such MIGHT be possible. 

All 16 parcels have been approved for private water and septic systems by the County and State.  Our roads have been approved and accepted by the County (that is, the County has agreed to maintain them).
