Okay, let's get this out of the way early. You need a four-wheel-drive to get into this property in dry, warm weather. Don't try to live here unless you have one, or a horse.

Here's the southwest corner of the property. The first sight you'll have of the parcel as you come in.

Here's the road throught he woods that the property fronts on. Most of it is pretty level, unlike the part in the last photo.

This is the cabin-ish structure. Inside there's a tiny space of maybe 8 by 12 feet, a small woodstove and a lot of garbage.
