We've wound up owning some pretty messy properties over our thirty years in this business, but this is probably the worst example of trash we've ever seen.  We remember when this was a nice, mature forest with a big pond on nearly level terrain.

We haven't been inside the trailer, but we can't imagine it being exactly what you'd call pristine.  It was locked the last time we checked.  You buy it you get to solve the mystery.   Seems to have been heated with gas.  There's no well, we don't know what they did for water.

Anyway, if you'll compare prices to other parcels of woods 40 miles from Springfield (22 to Lebanon) you'll see that there's quite a bit to be saved here if you're willing to take the property "as is".
