Woods & Waters Inc., now better known as OzarkLand.com has, since it's inception, has been one of a very few mail-order land companies in the world.  When we first started, back in 1982, the whole idea seemed a bit suspect to some folks.

Now that we find ourselves to be the World's FIRST email-order land company, we run into more people than ever who tend to wonder if indeed we really exist at all.  

...something about our deal being too good to be true.

So, for the benefit of all those of you who find yourselves of this frame of mind, here's the run-down on who we are, who does what around here, and where.

Above is a photo of our office in Willow Springs.  We only keep the doors open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. M-F.  The rest of time we all work out of our respective homes.
