Additionally SOME of the roads at these locations have been accepted for state or county government maintenance:

 In all other cases, you are responsible for road maintenance.  Please note that these roads tend to be unimproved, and sometimes of a rather coarse nature.  Although we do some road maintenance ourselves in order to bring properties on the market, we do not promise that we will do road maintenance in the future, or that we do work which will result in a better road than exists today.
