The Property Itself

While roads like this need regular maintenance, I didn't have any trouble getting my wife's Honda Accord all the way into the parcel.

Look for this stake which marks the northeast corner of the parcel.

There's an old trail that runs east and west through the parcel. It needs to be cleaned out, but is still useable.

The whole parcel is level enough for a garden.

The interior of the parcel was cleared many years ago and is now covered with small brush amid big timber like these walnuts. The outer edges are more timber and less brush.
