This is a topography map of Mooney Branch and Parcel AH.  I've had to correct it in showing where the creek ACTUALLY runs, which is along the blue broken line I've added.  

Please note by that I mean this is the location of the creek WHEN it runs, which is almost never. 

Note the steep north hillside and the level northern half of the parcel.  This gives the impression that the level ground is cleared.  It isn't.  Let's take a look at what it looks like again...
