It's just about 10 miles northwest of Licking, Mo. in northern Texas County.  Mooney Branch Fronts on Texas Tower Road, a gravel road maintained by the county, and Parcel F fronts on that road and on a little-traveled access road along the parcel's south side.

 

When you come to look at the property, you'll find two motels in Licking.  During the summer months, it's worth the drive to have dinner at Montauk State Park at the head of the Current River southeast of Licking.

 

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:  From Licking in Northern Texas County, Mo. follow Hwy. 32 west to Hwy. N, which turns right, and take this to its end where you turn right a again on Texas Tower Road for 8/10ths of a mile where, at the foot of a longish hill, you'll see the south road taking off due east. The north road begins at the top of the next hill.
