This is a property we traded for 'way back in 1987, I think it was.  Since it's about 350 miles from our offices, we never got around to doing anything with it until now.

In fact, we once made an agreement with the church next door that if they would clean it up (used to be an old shack on it) they could use it for their own for five years, but that was probably ten years ago.

Mt. Moriah has a population of 143 people.  Above you see a photo that I took standing at the north side of the property looking south.  That's Highway 136 in the background.  It's reasonably quiet, but still gets a fair amount of traffic.  This might make a good location for a small business, maybe a produce stand.
