Lots 3 & 4 of the Village of Mt. Moriah, Missouri: $7,500 or $76.07 per month

Okay, to summarize. We'll sell you this entire parcel including all rights for $7,500 which we will finance for 15 years for monthly payments of $76.07.  This includes 9% simple interest charged only on the remaining balance.  There is no penalty for pre-payment.  Our initial contract package will make a Contract for Warranty Deed with you which will last until you have made six timely monthly payments. 

At that time, we will record a Warranty Deed to the property at the Harrison County Recorder's Office showing the ownership of the property in your name.  We will also record a Deed of Trust which will be a lien on the property insuring that we get our full 180 payment, after which time we will release said DOT.

We are unaware of any restrictions imposed upon this property.
