This is a very remote location.  However, it's not so hard to get there once you learn the way.  Right now, you could probably get a regular passenger car in here if it weren't too long or low, but that wouldn't be practical as year-round transportation.

GETTING THERE: We'll assume that you can find Mountain View, Missouri. (It's in northern Howell County in south central Missouri ) From Mountain View, follow U.S. Hwy. 60 east out of town about 9 miles to Hwy. M, where you turn left. Follow M north about 4.6 miles until it turns to gravel. At that point you'll also notice a gravel road to the left (west) Shannon County 472. That's the one you'll want to take. You'll go 1 mile on this road (It gets pretty narrow as you pass the last house.
