Sylvan Oaks Parcel C:   2.5 ac., $15,900 or $161.27 per month

This is the road into Sylvan Oaks right after you turn off of the county road.  It's pretty rough, but you can make it in with a car.  That's in the summer.  From here, it's a little less than a half-mile back to the parcel.  There's been a very heavy rain since our last maintenance.

 

Caveat Emptor!  The photos in the Photo-Tour were taken right after we added some crushed rock to the road in 2005.  Right now, we've been snowed-in all week and haven't seen this property since summer, so you can figure that the road's in considerably poorer shape than what you'll see here.
