Zach's Mountain Parcel 3:   4.54 ac., $23,900 or $242.41 per month

Parcel 3 has the greatest percentage of steep land of any of the parcels at Zach's Mountain, and as a result, has some of the best views there. 

Due to the terrain and to the 100-foot setback requirement from the access road, you'll probably want to build in the south part of the parcel about where I've placed the red dot.
