Parcel 28 is on the opposing hill on the left. It runs from the creek, which is just out of sight at the bottom of the hill, to opposite the road you see going right at the top of the hill. We think it looks pretty big for 7.2 acres.

Now we're stand at the point beside the creek (it's out of sight to the left) which marks the southeast corner and we're looking north. The parcel includes nearly this entire southern slope on the west (left) side of the road. |

Here, we're at the northeast corner looking south down to the creek. Note that the road frontage also has electricity. The poles are set about every 300 feet... or so. |

There's an old drive that goes directly west into the parcel from the road. |
More of said drive, note that there's quite a bit of level land on this parcel, especially considering it's size and the fact that a lot of it is also southern slope. |
The end of the drive, sort of. Hey, wouldn't it be cool to clear out some of the underbrush here, so that you had a lawn (to the left) and a solar-oriented home on the hillside (to the right)? |
This is where the creek goes under the road. This is the precise southeast corner of the parcel. |
We've had a very, very dry spell the last few weeks, but here's more of the creek deeper into the parcel. |
While it IS indeed pretty dry right now, you also have to take into consideration that this little brook has taken out the access road a couple of times in the last 15 years. |
Honest, it's really, really dry lately. |
Okay, I couldn't stand it any longer. These three photos were taken a few years ago... |
But the creek will look a lot more like this by next spring than it does now. |

Imagine this being part of YOUR back yard. |
You may need to do a little clearing to get enough sun for solar panels and to keep a garden, but this forest will save you plenty in air-conditioning bills. |
You could build right here and be well above the flood-stage of the creek AND well out of sight of the access road. |
