This 330-foot square wooded parcel isn't flat, but it's level enough that you can build in any corner you like.  Years ago, there was an open area in the center of the parcel which has grown up in tall brush, but could be very easily cleared again with hand tools.  The remainder of the vegetation is mature timber including lots of pines and black walnuts.  It's at the end of the private drive and electricity is just 330 feet to the north.
