Whitetail Draw is accessed from Mo. Highway 72 by County Roads 926 and 920, the first a two-lane black-top road and the second a two-lane gravel road, both maintained by Reynolds County.  The parcels are accessed by a 20-foot-wide roadway on a 40-foot recorded easement.  Maintenance of this road is the responsibility of the land-owners.  This road includes two very steep hills and sometimes gets overgrown from lack of traffic.

Electric and Telephone lines have not been extended to Whitetail Draw.  Should you desire either, you will have to have them extended from the nearest connection yourself.

This property is subject only to our Five Basic Restrictions

1. No buildings shall be constructed closer than 100 ft. from a roadway or 30 ft. from a boundary. (This may be adjusted in certain locations.)

3. You may keep whatever livestock or pets you wish so long as they are not allowed to create a nuisance to neighboring land owners.
